On this 11th day of April, 1927, it appearing to tho Court that Serr County is in
danger oY infection from Bandera County, an8 that there Se an urgent need for the aerviaes
oY a County tick inepantor to prevent auah infection, it 1s therefore ordered by tho Court
that E. T. Mangum be and is hereby apyointad temporary County Tiok Inepeator at a salary
of X75.00 per month to be paid by the Clerk out of the Ad Valorem Fund at an8 of each monthp
service upon presentation of proper certificate from the Liveatook Sanitary Gomniaeion of
Tes~6. Provided, however that this appointment Se conditioned upon the ieauanoe of proper
Commiaeion by said Liveatook Sanitary Commiasioa affi said Commission's reoogniaioa oY eaifl
inspector's wort. The Clerk of this court is therefore directed to asoestain from said
