On this 23rd day oY June, 1927, came on to oa oonsidarad the returns oY an eleation
held oa the 18th day of Tune, 1927, in Hunt Consolidated High School District No, 5 of
this County upon the question oP "Whether or not the sir: to naxce tax of 50 oenta heretof ore
authorized in said di atrlot shall ba increased, so that the mainto nanoe tax of ea id di str lot
shall hereafter ba a tax oP and at the rata of 7b cents" on the X100.00 valuation oY taxable
property in said district for the purpose of supplementing the State Sohoal Fund apportioned
to said district, and it appearing that said ale ct ion was in all reapeata legally held and
that said returns were duly and legally made and that there were east at said eleotion
41 votes, oY which number there were neat:
"Nor inorease oP School Tax" 40 rotes.
"Against inorease of School Taz" one vote.
And it appearing to the court Prom said returns that a majority of the qualified
taxpaying voters oY said district, voting at said eleation, voting in Yaror of the inareeae
oP said taz, the court does hereby deolare the proposition for the inorease oP said taz
to have been adopted, and this court ie authorized to levy and have assessed and colleoted
said tax.

Lokey for an emergency pauper allowance Por Mrs. kddte AugheQ and it appearing to the
Court that lfrs. Aughesie entitled to the relief prayed Por, it is therefore ordered that
Mrs. Aadie Hughes be and is hereby allowed the sum oP 4.06 per month for months oY June
and July, 1927 as pauper allowance, which ie to be paid to her sash month by voucher issued
agairtet the Ad valorem fund.
