On this 26th day of Se ptambar, 1927, came on to be considered the petition oY

duoted by N. B. Chamblise in connection with their said garage business S. W. side iYater
Street at Town Creek bridge in Kerrville, Tema, and it appearing to the Court that applioan
are qualified to eonduot such station and that I. lY. Zumwalt formerly conducted a County
Auto Headlight Testing Station at said place oY business.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that said petition he and is hereby
granted as prayed for and said N. B. Chamblisa is hereby authorized to operate and eonduct a
County Auto Headlight Testing Station in Kerrville, Tema, in acaordanae with the laws
governing same, it is further os~dared that no bond shall be required of said N. B. Chamblise
and all fees are hereby waived by the Court.
