No. 1619, Deaggnation oY County Headlight Tenting Station.
On this 26th day oY September, 1927, Dame on to be considered the petition of
Luther & ~SOSty Garage for designation oY County Auto Headlight Testing Station to be oon-
duoted by N. B. Chambliae in conneotion with their said garage basins sa S. 4V. side Slater
Street at Town Creak bridge in Kerrville, Texas, and 1t appearing to the Court that applioan
are quglified to conduct such station and that I. 44. Zumwalt formerly conducted a County
Auto Headlight Testing Station at said pleas of business.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that said petition be and is hereby
granted as prayed for and said N. H. Chambliae 1s hereby authorized to operate and conduct a
County Auto Headlight Testing Station in Kerrville, Teaas, is acoordance with the lawn
governing same, it Sa further ordered that no bond shall be required of said N. B. Chambliae
andall Peas are hereby waived by the Court.
