County, which ie made a part o3 this order.

No. 1619, Dee~gnation oY County Headlight Testing Station.
On this 26th day of September, 1927, came on to be considered the petition of
Luther & Monty Garage for designation of County Auto Headlight Testing Station to be oon-
duoted by N. B. Chembliea in connection with their said garage buainasa S. Pf. aide Water
Street at Town Creak bridge in $errv111e, Tezas, and it appearing to the Court that applioan
era qualified to conduct such station and that I. ~Y. Zumwalt formerly conducted a County
Auto Headlight Testing Station at said place of business.
It is therefore ordered and daareed by the Court that said petition be and is hereby
granted as pray ad for and said N. B. Chembliea is hereby authorized to operate and conduct a
County Auto Headlight Testing Station in Kerrville, Te ma, in accordance with the laws
governing same, it is Yurther ordered that no bond shall be required of said N. B. Chembliea
and all feee are hereby waived by the Court.
