will prepare the bed of the Harper Road through We etland Pleoe dddit ion s dint anoe of
3600 feet that the paving of same will be paid by private anbaoription, it is therefore
or dared and deoraed by the Court that Commissioners' Preoinot No. One of Kerr County
eoarify, gravel, shoulder and do other naoeseary work to the bed of the Harper Road through
Westland Plane Addition adjoining the City of Kerrville, a dint anoe of 3600 Yeat, prep arato
to reoelving a one in oh 18 foot wide asphalt pavement. The amount to be expended by
Commissioners' Precinot No. 1 to be determined by Commissioner, F. A. Karger but not to
exoeed the avm of X600.00.
