eoarify, gravel, shoulder and do other neoessary work to the Dad of the Harper Road through
Westland Plane Addition adjoining the City oP Kerrville, a distance oP 3600 Peet, preparatoz
to reoaiving a one in oh 18 foot wide asphalt pavement. The amount to be expended by
Commissioners' Precinot Ho. 1 to be determined by Commissioner, F. A. Karger but not to
esoe ed the avm of X600.00.
