L. Starkey, County Surveyor, prooeed to lay out, survey and Qesorlbe a road, to the greatest a4vantage of the yublls, and so that the same may be treaed with oertainty, beginning at a point 1n the Breaent road at the plane, so far it Ss of reoord, along the east line of land owned by John Walker, being the east line of Survey No. 1848, H. S. & B. T. Spr. Co., and terminating at the Gillespie County line, in aooordanae with euoh order and the law, and at the same time proosedeQ to assess damages inoidental to the opening of said road, after having given unties in writing to the land owners through whose land said road rune, the returns of euoh notioea being hereto attached as a part of thin report.
