On this, the 12th day of December, 1927, oame on to be heard the report of the Jury
of View appointed to lay out and survey a roa8 beginning at the John Walker plsoe in
the re nervation community of Kerr County and terminating at the Cill aspie County line,
and it appearing to the Court that the road no laid out and daeoribed is the proper soots
and the damages eaeeased are fair and euffioient to oover the damages to De suffered Dy the
resyeative elalmants, it ie therefore ordered that said report be and Se hereby in all
things approved and adopted by the Court, and Bald road Se hereby eatabliehed and said
report shall De raoorded is the minutes of this Court. It la further ordered Dy the Court
that said soma of money to be paid to the parties named Sn said report ae damages, be
deposited to their reapeotive oredit with the County Treasurer of Kerr County an4 paid to ' 338

To the Honorable Commieaionere' CourE of Kerr County, Tezas:
The undersigned furors, duly summoned and noting under the order of this Court made
on the 14th flay of November, 1927, after having taken oath as required Dy law, did, on the
8th day of Deoembar, 1927, together with A. L. Starkey, County Surveyor, prooeed to lay out,
survey and Qesorlbe a road, to the greatest a4vantage of the yublls, and so that the same
may be treaed with oertainty, beginning at a point 1n the Breaent road at the plane, so far
it Ss of reoord, along the east line of land owned by John Walker, being the east line of
Survey No. 1848, H. S. & B. T. Spr. Co., and terminating at the Gillespie County line, in
aooordanae with euoh order and the law, and at the same time proosedeQ to assess damages
inoidental to the opening of said road, after having given unties in writing to the land
owners through whose land said road rune, the returns of euoh notioea being hereto attached
as a part of thin report.
The Field notes of said Survey and deeoription of said road are as follows; Beginning
at a point in the present road at the plane eo far ae it is of record on the east line of
land now owned by John Balker, it being Survey No. 1848, H. E. & B. T. ~. Co. Thenoe North
with the seat line of said Survey No. 1848, and B. lino of Survey No, b, CCSD 8, HGNG Ry. Co.,
owned Dy Geo. Duderetadt, to N. w, oorner of No. b, and N. &. oorner of No. 1848; Thenoe
Bast with N. line of said Survey No. 1848, and S. line of Survey No. 10 to the S. B. earner
of Survey 80. 10, and the S. E, oornor of survey 80. 9, owned by George Duderatadt. Thenaa
running North along that line between Surveys Noe. 10, owned by Lott and No. 2, owned by Otto
Benneoke and Billie Mayor, and Survey No. 4, owned Dy Liberty New, on the east and No. 9,
Sooorro Farming Co. owned by Geo. Dudaretadt and No. 1, I. R. H. Co „ owned by Bob Goff and
No. 3, I. R. R. Co. owned by Anton Sequel and Jake Roeder on the Beet. Thenoe Seat along
the line of No. 4, owned by said Liberty New and Mrs. Green and Survey Na. 17, L. I. & A. L.
owned by Ed. Marshall on the South and survey No. 6 owned by Adolph Fr1ta, and Arnold Markwor
and No. 10, owned by Ilbert Kaleer on the North, here at opping at the Gilleapls County line,
this road to have a width of 30 feet, one half naming from eaoh survey ae it passes along
the survey linen.
And Jah'e Roeder, Mre. M. A. Green, Adolph Frit s, Bohn Walker, Sd. Marshall, Albert
Kaiser, R. ri. Goff, BSllio Meier, dr. Otto Biennaoke and Liberty New, owners of land through
which said road runs, having duly presented to ue at the time stated in euoh notice, state-
ments of the damages olaiweQ by them reepeotively, which are returned with this report, we
assessed their damages ea follows:
