This 19th day of DeoemDer, 198T, 14 appearing to the Court that a sister of Pauper,
J, H. Prater has agreed to support sad Dare for him during the winter months at her home,
Sn Hamilton County, Tezee, provided he will acquire the funds elewhsre covering hie trans-
portation Prom Karr to Hamilton County, and St appearing to the Cour4 that 1t will be to
the benefit of said pauper and Kerr County that he go and live with his sister, it is
therefore ordered Dy the Court that he be and Ss hereby allowed the sum of X16.00 out of
the Ad palorem fund of Kerr County, to be delivered to him on the morning of hie departure
by the Clerk oY this Court for the purpose of paying hie said tranaportatioa.

On this 27th day of December, 1927, came on to ba a~nsidared the final acceptance
of the plane and epacificatlona made by prof, E. Habecker, and it appearing to the Court
that by reason oP a misunflerstanding on the part of said Habecker with reference to the
kind of epeaiPioatione requirod by the Court, it Ss ordered by the Court that said Habecker
be granted and ie hereby given an eztension of time to furnish the neaeasary apeoifinationa
to,the Court at fte regulaz January term, on Jan. 9, 1928, covering the concrete, road abd.
other work involved to be carried out by the oantraotora. It is further ordered that the
advertieement for bide of this work be postponed until and after the~oaptanoe by the
