On this 10th day of Janry, 1928, it appearing to the Court upon advloe oY County
Englnear, S. K. Mason, that he, 'said County Engineer Sa nlso employed by the City oY Kerr-
villa as City Engineer, and that in view oP the additional salary drawn by him from the City,
his salary as County Engineer should be reduced, it is therefore ordered and decreed that
the monthly salary oY S. K. Mason as County Engineer Yor Karr County be and is hereby door
from $'325.00 to ~y250.00 per month, while he is so employed as Clty Engineer, said dsarease
to be effective ae oY Jan. 1, 1928.

On this, the 10th day of January, 1928, came on to be considered the County Engine
Estimate No. 16 on Highway No. 41, filed by S. K. Mason, covering engineering, labor, materi;
and expeneea~aggregating X770.59, incurred for the month of December, 1927, and it appearing
to the Court that same has been signed by the County Engineer and approved by the Highway
Division Engineer, buL the itemized statement o£ such expenditures supporting the Esoro:
Fund Statement has not been approved by the Division Engineer, it is therefore ordered
that same be and Se hereby hpproved by the Court for payment out oY Highway No. 41 Escrow
Eland of Kerr County, aub~ent and whenever the approval of the Division Engineer has bean
secured to said itemized statement. The Clerk is dirented to YSle copies of said estimate.
