Rud. Nuernbergar and Gue. Ehlers, Jr., failed to ieoelve their per diem for earhioee rendered
in holding sohool trustee election on Apr. 2nd, 1927, it is therefore ordered that each oY
said offiaera ba and are hereby allowed the sum of One Dollar, to be pall by the Clerk by
vouahe re drawn against the Ad Valorem Fund of Kerr County.

On this 10th day of Janry, 1928, it appearing to the Court upon aflvioa oY County
Engineer, S. K. Maeoa, that he, 'said County Engineer is also employed by the City of Kerr-
ville ae City Engineer, anfl that in view of the additional salary drawn by him from the City,
hie salary as County Engineer should be reduoad, it ie therefore ordered and deoread that
the monthly salary of S. K. Maeoa ae County Engineer for Kerr County be and ie hereby deareae
from X325.00 to X250.00 per month, while ha ie so employed as City Engineer, said dsdrease
to ba effective as oY Tan. 1, 1928.

On this, the 10th day of January, 1928, same on to be oonaidered the County Engineer'
Estimate No. 16 on Highway No. 41, Piled by S. K. Haeon, oovering engzneering, laoor, maceri,
and sxpeneea~aggregating $770.59, inourrad for the month of Deoember, 1927, and it appearing
to the Court that same has been signed by the County Engineer and approved by the Highway
Division 'Engineer, but the itemized statement of auoh expendit arse supporting the Eearow
Fund Statement has not been approved by the Division Engineer, it 1a therefore ordered
that same be and is hereby 9ppraved by the Court for payment out of Highway No. 41 Escrow
Fund of Kerr County, sub~eot and whenever the approval of the Division Englnaer has been
aeoured to said itemized statement. The Clerk is direoted tro Pile espies of said estimate.
