in holding saho of trustee eleotion on Apr. 2nd, 1927, it ie therefore ordered that eaoh of
said offioara be and era hereby allowed the sum of Ono Dollar, to ba paid by the Clerk by
vouahe re drawn against the Afl Valorem Fund of Kerr County.

On this 10th day of Janry, 1928, it appearing to the Court upon advioa of County
Engineer, S. K. Mason, that ha, 'e aid County Engineer ie also employed by the City of Kerr-
ville as City Engineer, and that Sn view of the additional salary drawn by hlm from the City,
hie salary as Gounty Engineer should ba reduoed, it is therefore ordered and deoreed that
the monthly salary of S. K. Ma eon ae County Engineer for Kerr Gounty be and ie hereby door
from X325.00 to ~y250.00 per month, while he ie so employed as Clty Engineer, said ds[rease

Estimate No. 16 on Highway No. 41, Piled by S. K. Mason, oovering engineering, labor, materia
and expeneea~aggregating X770.59, inourrad for the month of Deoember, 1927, and St appearing
to the Court that same has been signed by the County Engineer and approved by the HSghway
Division Engineer, but the itemized statement o£ auoh expenditures supporting the Eaorow
Fund Statement has not been appr wed by the Division Engineer, it is therefore ordered
that same be and Se hereby 9pproved by the Court for payment out of HSghway No. 41 Esorow
Fund of Kerr County, sub~eot and whenever the approval of the Div ielon Engineer has bees
secured to said itemized statement. The Clerk ie directed to file aopiea of said estimate.
