On this day Dame on for hearing at the regular term of thin Court, the matter of
re-oponing of the olaim of the above named F. C. Baeae for damages resulting from the ooa-
etruotfon aafl building of said highway or road over his lands along the lino and route heret
fore looated and agreed upon; sad now in ooneideration of the matters set out Sn Petitioner'
yleading, this day filed, pertaining to the matters herein adjudicated, it is ordered e^
follows:
Piret:- That the matter of damages suffered by petitioner by oocaeion of the premlaea
be and said matter only Se hereby re-opened.
Second: That sold F. C. Bases be and he Se hereby permitted to file an amended claim
for damages to take the plsoe of hi^ original claim for damages filed with the jury of view
for all purposes.
And now the Court having ooneldered acid amended claim for damages, the same Se Sn ell
things over-ruled and refused, and it ie further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court
that said Bosse ie hereby awarded damages in the sum of Oae Hundred Dollars only, and that
said amount of money be deposited to the credit of said Bosse with the County Treasurer of
Kerr County.
And be it now remembered that In oonnsotion with the aforesaid judgment, the pets
F. C. Bases did in open Court emept to euoh portion of the judgment a^ awards him damages
in the sum of $100.00, and gave notio• of app sal to the District Court of Kerr County e•
