mafle by this Court that Zerr County and F. C. Baess are unable 4o agree upon the oompanea-
tion to be paid to said Baess Dy Zerr County for the materiel needed to construct highway

It ie the reiore ordered Dy the Court, that Ghas. L. Msaoa, Chae. H. Johnston,
Bruno Schott and J. E. McCreary, be and are hereby appointed a Commission, three of rhos
