tion to De paid to said Baeee Dy Bert County Yor the material needed to construct highway

It is the reacts ordered Dy the Court, that Chao. L. I[asoa, Chao. H. Johnston,
Brvno Schott and d. E. YaCreary, be and are hereby appointed a Commission, three of whom
may, after taking the prescribed oath before a properly authorised person, proceed to
