It is therefore ordered Dy the Court, that Ghae. L. Mason, Chas. H. Johnston,
Bruno Schott and J. E. McCreary, be and are hereby appointed n Commission, three of whom

now in session, and that the said F. C. Beene has disobeyed said subpoena, St 1s ordered,
edJudged and deoraed by the Court that the said F. C. Besse is in oontempt for Bald
disobedieaoe and St Ss further ordered that the Slate of Te=as do have and reoover oP sad
from the said F. C. Besse a fine of Twenty Five Dollars (~E5.00J and that the Sheriff of
