has been duly and legally subpoenaed to appear and testify as a witness before thle Court
now is session, and that the said F. C. Basae hsa disobeyed Bald subpoena, it is ordered,
ad,udged and deoraed by the Court that the said F. C. Baese is in oontempt for Bald
disobedienoe and St is further ordered that the State of Temmn do have and recover of and
from the said F. C. Baese a fine of Twenty Five Dollars (~E5.00J and that the Sheriff of
Kerr County ie hereby authorizad to take ohazge of Lhe said F. C. Bases and hold him is
