material needed for and in the oonetruation of State Highway No, 41, where it rune over and
earosa lands went of Mountain Home, in Kerr County, Tezas, owned by A. D. Kaiser, beg to
report;
That after having taken the oath ae required Dy law, we did on the 21 et day of
April, 1928, after due notlae to said A. D. Kaiser, proceed to inepeat said land belonging
to said A. D. Kalaer ad~aoent to Bald road where the same crosses said land and the material
thereon suitable for road oonatruotion and needed for eaoh purpose, and after Bald inapeotio
we assessed and appraised said road material ea being of value ae follows:
Earth, gravel, broken rook and atone or rook eeah one neat per oubio yard, and this
value we bag to so now report.
