April, 1928, after due notioe to Bald A. D. Kaiser, prooeed to iaspeot said land belonging
to said A. D. Kaiser ad~aoent to Bald road where the same aroseee said land and the material
thereon suitable for road oonatruotion and needed for eaoh purpose, and after said Snepeotio
we aeeesaed and appraised said road material ea being of value as follows;

that the avm of $100.00 be and ie hereby transferred from the Road ~ Bridgo fund of Commie-
eionera' Precinct No. 1 to the Road & Bridgo fund of said Freolnat No. 2.
