1737. CONTRACT BETWEEN R. J. LANG & SON AND RERR COUNTY FOR ERECTION OF
CONCRETE SLAB ACROSS FZkST CROSSING ON NORTH FORK ABOVE HUNT.
On this 9th day oP July, 1928, the Yollowing agreement was entered into by and
between Kerr County and R. J. Lang & Son for the oonstruction oY a ooncrete slab across
the first oaossing on North Fork above Hunt, in aoaordanoe with plans and speoificatione
submitted by said contractor and approved by the Court, to-wit: In consideration of X15.00
per day said R. J. Lang and Son agxse to furnish all necessary equipment and tools for the
building of said conarate slab glue their personal labor and supervision. Said oontraotor
is heroby authorized and directed to hire additional help at the expense oP Kerr County
as and wizen needed and at wages customary paid Por such work. Contractor ie further autho-
rized and directed to purchase all material needed for the job as he is in position to
save Kerr County money on such materials. IIpon presentation and approval.,oY an itemized
statement or bill of the total cost of the material and labor used in the construction oP
said slab after its completion, the Clerk shall pay said ˘oat half each out oY the Road
and Bride funds of Commissioners' Precinct Nos. 1 and 4 oY Kerr County, by proper vouchers.
The approval necessary for the payment oP said cost to be in writing by Commissioners
Karger and Ltoore.

7710.3 square yards et 38~ plus cast iron drains X34.77, total $2,964.57, duly approved
by Engineer °. E.. Mason, and it appearing to the Court that saifl estimate and account is
correct same is hereby approved by the Court and ordered paid by the Clerk out oP the
Available Court House & Jail or Permanent Improvement Funds oY Kerr County, and it is
