On this 9th day oY July, 1928, the following agreement was entered into by and between Kerr County and R. J. Lang & Son Yor the construction of a concrete slab across the first oroaeing on North Fork above Hunt, in aoaordanoe with plans and speoif icationa submit tad by said contractor and approved by the Court, to-wit; In consideration of ,15.00 per day Bald R. J. Lang and Son agx'ee to furnish all necessary equipment and tools for the building of said concrete slab plus their personal labor and supervision. Said oontraator is hereby autkio rizad and di reefed to hire additional help at the expense of Kerr County as and w1~en needed and at wages customary paid for sunk work. Contractor is further autho- rized and directed to purchase all material needed Łor the fob as he is in position to save Kerr County money on each materials. Upon presentation and approval..of an itemized statement or bill of the total post of the material and labor used in tie oonatruction of said slab after its completion, the Clerk shall pay said cost half each out of the Road and Brid3e fends of Commissioners' Precinot Nos. 1 and 4 of Kerr County, by proper vouchers.
