X1737. COPdTRACT BETVdEEN R. J. LANG ~?: SON A?7D KERR COUNTY FOR ERECTION OF
CONCRETE SLAB ACROSS FIkST CROSSING ON MONTH FOF~ ABOVE RUNT.
On this 9th day oY duly, 1928, the Polloaing agreement was entered into by and
between Kerr County and R. J. Lang & Son Por the oonatruotion of a oonarete slab aoross
the Pirst oroseing on North Fork above Hunt, in aaoordanoe with plena and specifications
submitted by said aontraator and approved by the Court, to-wit; Zn consideration of ,'"y15.00
per day said R. J. Lang and Son agree to furnish all necessary equipment and tools for the
building of said eonarete slab plus tkieir personal labor and supervision. Said aontraator
is hereby authorized and di rested to hire additional help at the expense of Kerr County
as and when needed and at wages customary paid for auah work. Contractor is further autho-
rized and di rested to purchase all material needed Por the job as he is in position to
save Karr County money on such materials. Upon presentation and approvsl..oY an itemized
statement or bill of the total aoet of the material and labor used in the aonstruetion of
said slab after its eompl etion, the Clark shall pay said ooat half each out of the Road
and Br idle Pun da oP Commissioners' Precinct Noe. 1 and 4 of Kerr County, by proper vouo hers.
The approval necessary for the payment of said cost to be in writing by Commissioners
Karger and Lioore.

Available Court House & Jail or Permanent Improvement Funds oP Kerr County, and it is
