CONCRETE SLAB ACROSS FIkST CRO SSZNG ON NORTH FOf~ ABODE HUNT.
On this 9th day of July, 1928, the Yollovring agreement was entered into by and
between Kerr County and R. J. bang & Son for the oonstruotion oY a aoncreta slab across
the first orossing on North Fork above Runt, in aaoordanae with plans and specifioatione
submitted by said contractor and approved by the Court, to-wit: In consideration of X15.00
per day said R. T. Lang and Son agree to furnish all necessary equipment and tools for the
building of said oonorate slab plus tkieir personal labor and supervision. Said oontraator
is hereby authorized and direoted to hire additional help at tine expense of Kerr County
as and when nee dad and at wages customary paid for sunk work. Contractor is further autho-
rized and directed to purchase all materiel needed for tide job as he is In position to
save Karr County money on such materials. Upon presentation and approval..oY an itemized
statement or bill of the total coat oŁ the material and labor used in the construction of
acid slab after Ste completion, the Clerk shall pay said coat half each out oY the Road
and Bride funds of Commissioners' Precinct tine. 1 and 4 oY Kerr County, by proper vouchers.
The approval necessary for the paywent of said cost to be in writing by Commissioners
Karger and Lfoore.

7710.3 square yards at 38˘ plus cast iron drains $34.77, total $2,964.57, duly approved
by Engineer S. Y,. Mason, and it appearing to the Court that said estimate and aaeount is
oorreat same is hereby approved by the Court and ordered paid by the Clerk out of the
Available Court Ho ~e ~ Jail or Permanent Improvement Funds oY Kerr County, and it is
further ordered the 5. K. Mason, Engineer be paid hie supervision and engineering fee therein
oP 5~O amounting to 148.22 out of either of sucsh funds by the Clerk, all by proper vouchers
drawn on the County Treasurer.
