On this 9th day of July, 1928, the Yollovring agreement was entered into by and between Kerr County and R. J. bang & Son for the oonstruotion oY a aoncreta slab across the first orossing on North Fork above Runt, in aaoordanae with plans and specifioatione submitted by said contractor and approved by the Court, to-wit: In consideration of X15.00 per day said R. T. Lang and Son agree to furnish all necessary equipment and tools for the building of said oonorate slab plus tkieir personal labor and supervision. Said oontraator is hereby authorized and direoted to hire additional help at tine expense of Kerr County as and when nee dad and at wages customary paid for sunk work. Contractor is further autho- rized and directed to purchase all materiel needed for tide job as he is In position to save Karr County money on such materials.
