On this, the 13th day of August, 1928, it is ordered by the Court that the balance
of X453.03 due if. G. Peterson, Taa Assessor of Kerr County as commissions on county funds
be paid to him as follows: "156.17 out oY Ad Valorem fund, X105.73 out of xoad and Bridge
fund, X85.73 out of Court House & Jail Sinking fund, $40.18 out of Jury fund and X75.22
out of Permanent Improvement fund, payment thereof to be made by the Clerk by proper
vouchers drawn against said respective funds for amounts speoi£ied.

(1745. QUARTERLY PAUPER ALLOWANCE.
This 13th day of August, 1928, it is ordered by the Court that Mrs. John Story,
Jlm Tuttle, Mrs. Jacob Reinhard, W. T. Moyer, J. B. Clement, Addis Hughes, be and are hereby
alloeved the cum of Four Dollars each per month, as pauper allowance for the months of August
September sad October, 1928, to be paid on or after the first of each of said months by
voucher drawn against the ad Valorem fund. It is further ordered that J. P. Gri der be and
is hereby allowed the sum of X12.00 per month for each of said three months, same to be
paid to him in groceries to be furnished by Chas. Schreiner Company, t0 be paid by the
County upon presentation to the Court of proper itemized statements of groceries furnis?ed.
