ance to his ela im for damages sgainst Rerr County by reason of the establishment anfl con-
struotion of IIigYnvay ,~41 over and across the A. D. Raiser Ranch leased by him, and Dy reaeon
oP his attitude towards the Coin and his misbehavior in words and aotione, it is ordered by
the Court that said A. F. Hatoh be and is hereby adJudged in contempt oY Court and a fine
oP ''y~+25.00 is hereby imposed upon said Matoh, and L8 is hereby remanded into the custody
of tiie SheriYf oP Karr County until said fine ie paid.
