petitioners was heard, and it is ordered by the Court that said petition be passed for
future consideration.

c ovaring the cost of the construction of concrete slab aoross third crossing oP North Fork
above I*.unt, Texas, was exumined and approved, and it appearing that said slab was oonstruct-
ed according to plane and specifications same is hereby acceptod by tine Court, and the Clerk
is hereby directed to pay said account half out oP xoad & Bridge ~1 fund and the other half
out of Road P~ Bridge Fund of Precinct #4, of tar said account has been properly verified
by the oath of said contractor.

as may be neeessary~to pay for the additional cost of ereoting a larger concrete stock
pass ennnecting said Kaiser`s pasture cut in two by said highway, and
'.Therese, at this term of the Court an agreement was reached between the Court and
A. F. Hatch, leases of said Kaiser's ranoh, whereby Kerr County agreed to construct a
larger stock pass connecting said Kaiser's pastures than apeoified by the State Higknvay
Department, same to ba built at station 961 x 30 on said highvray, and the additional cost
by reason of enlarging said stock pass to be borne by Kerr County.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoraed by the Court, that the portlon of
its order of ?iarch 1`Lth, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the credit of said A. D. Kaiser with
the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, bo and is hereby rescinded and annulled and
there shall only remain to the credit of said Kaiser with the County Treasurer, the sum of
Py250.00 to be paid unto Bald I{uisar on demand as directed in said Co u't`s order of A.4ar. 12,
1928, and the Clerk is directed to notify said I{aisar of this action of the Court.
