F. Hatch, leases of said Kaiser's ranoh, whereby Kerr County agreed to construct a larger stock pass connecting said Kaiser's pastures than apeoified by the State Higknvay Department, same to ba built at station 961 x 30 on said highvray, and the additional cost by reason of enlarging said stock pass to be borne by Kerr County. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoraed by the Court, that the portlon of its order of ?iarch 1`Lth, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the credit of said A. D.
