Kaiser with the County Treasurer of '_Cerr County the sum of X950.00, representing :250.00 allovrod said Kaiser by tae Jury of Vievr and this Court for land taken for and damages resulting from t'ne construction of IIhghvray X41 across said Kaiser's land and balance of w700.00 or so much the reof,was allowed said Kaiser as msy be necessary~to pay fOr the additional cost of erecting a larger concrete stock pass connecting said Kaiser's pasture cut in tcro by said highway, and 'aha real, at this term of the Court an agreement cr.;s read°d between the Court and A. F. Hatch, lessee of said Kaiser's ranch, whereby Kerr County agroad to construct a larger stock pass connecting said Kaiser's pastures than specified by the State Higknvay Department, same to be built at station 961 x 30 on said hi~~iiway, and the additional cost by reason o£ enlar;;ing said stock pass to be borno by Kerr County. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, that the portion of its order of Piarch 1`Lth, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the credit of said A. D.
