On this 18th day of August, 1925, came on to be conaldared the petition of ~. H.
Zenner and 15 others far change of voting nlaoe from Live Oak Ranch to School House in
Voting Precinct No. 10 of Kerr County, also the ar~;vment of J. M. Hatch in behalf of said
petitioners was heard, and it is ordered by the Court that said petition be passed for
future consideration.

above ??~.urt, Texas, was examined and approved, and it appearing that said slab was construct-
ed according to plans and specifications same is hereby accepted by the Court, and the Clerk
is hereby diraeted to pay said account half out of xoad ~ Bridge ~1 fund and the of Tier half
oat of Road ~, Bridge Fetid of Precinct ,~4, after sc:id account has been properly verified
by the oath of said contrantor.

as may be necessary~to pay Yor the additional cost of erecting a larger concrete stock
pass nnnnenting said Kaisar`a pasture cut in two by said highway, and

A. F. Hatch, lasaee of said Kaiser's ranch, whereby Kerr County agroed to construct a
larger stuck pass connecting said Kaiser`s pastures than specified by the State ??igknvay
Department, same to ba built at station 961 x 30 on said higkwray, and the addi tlonal cost
by reason of enlarging said stock pass to be horns by Kerr County.
It is therefore ordered, ad~ud,~ed and decreed by the Court, that the po rtlon of
its order of 2lareh 12th, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the credit of said A. D. Kaiser with
the Count,; Treasurer of Karr County, Texas, bo and is hereby rescinded and annulled and
there shall only remain to the credit of said Kaiser with the County Treasurer, the sum of
w250.00 to be paid unto said Kalser on demand as diraeted in said Co~;rt's order of Star. 12,
1928, and the Clerk is directed to notify said Kaiser of this action of the Court.

by the affidavit of said Pia saey and the verification theroof under oath by gobert Heal,
