Hatch, lasaee of said Kaiser's ranch, whereby Kerr County agroed to construct a larger stuck pass connecting said Kaiser`s pastures than specified by the State ??igknvay Department, same to ba built at station 961 x 30 on said higkwray, and the addi tlonal cost by reason of enlarging said stock pass to be horns by Kerr County. It is therefore ordered, ad~ud,~ed and decreed by the Court, that the po rtlon of its order of 2lareh 12th, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the credit of said A. D.
