k. F. Hatch, lessee of said Kaiser's ranch, whereby Kerr County agreed to construct a
larger stock pass eonnecti;ig said Kaiser`s pastures than specified by the State Higknvay
Department, same to ba built at station 961 x 30 on said highway, and the additional cost
by reason of enlarging said stock pass to be borne by Karr County.
It is there Fore ordered, adjudged and decried by the Court, that the po rtlon oP
its order of ?lsrch 1Lth, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the crsdit of said A. D. Kaiser raith
the Count; Treasurer of Korr County, Taxis, bo and is hereby rescinded and annulled and
there shall only remain to the eradit of said Kaiser with the County Treasurer, the sum oP
y250.00 to be paid unto said Kaiser on demand as directed in said Colrt's order of Roar. 12,
1928, and the Clerk is directed to notify said {Wiser of this action of the Court.

by the af£i day it of said his ssey and the verification thereof under oath by Robert Peal,

the Clerk of this Court, and it is further ordered that there ba paid to said Frank ??a ssey
