It is therefore ordered, adJudged and deonaed by the Court, that the portion of
its order of 4iarch 1`Lth, 1928 placing said X700.00 to the oredit oY said A. D. Kaiser vrith
the Count„ Treus urer of Karr County, Texas, bo and is hereby rescinded and annulled and
there shall only remain to the credit of said Kaie:er with the County Treasurer, the sum oY
y250.00 to be paid unto sold Kaiser on da~mand as directed in said Court's order of R2ar. 12,
1928, and the Clerk is directed to notify said Kaiser of this action of the Court.
