of said Doads for the Permanent Sohool Pond of %~rr County i^ for the Deat interest of eats
fund and the publio eohoole of 8srr County, St le therefore orderst DY the Court that said '
bonds numbering from sixteen to twenty both inolueive, for jb00.00 aaoh, be purohased and
it ie hereby done at fans value and soerued interest up to pot. 10, 19E3, to be paid for it
out of the monies now on hand in the %err County Permanent Sohool yunl and planed in the
hands oY %err County Depository. And when done, the %err County Depository shall pay the
fans value of Bail Bonds to the Depository of the Medina Independent Sohool Dietriot of
Bandera County, and when the interest on said bonder i• paid on April 10th, 19E9, the Deposi-
'tory of Karr County shall pay to said Depository of Yadina Independent Sohool Dietriot the
interest that hoe aoarued up to Ootober 10th, 1988.
The Clerk of thin Court shall furnish oertlfied oopiee of this order, one Lo %err
