on Ootober 10th and April 10th of eaoh year. And it appearing to the Court that the purohase~,
of said Donds for the Permanent Sobool Fund of %err County de for the beat interest of eaSd
fund and the pubiSo eohoole of $err County, St ie therefore ordersi Dy the Court that said
bonds numbering from aiztasn to twenty both inolueive, for ib00.00 eaoh, be purehaaed and
it le hereby done at feoe value and acerued iatereet ap to Oot. 10, 1988, to be paid for
out of the monies now on hand 1n the %err County Permanent Sohool Fund and ylsoed in the
hands of %err County Depository. And when done, the %err County Depository shall pay the
feoe value of said Bonds to the Depository of the 1Sedina Independent Sohool Dietriot o2
Bandera County, and whoa the iatereet on said boada is paid on April 10th, 1929, the Deyosi-
tory of %err County shall pay to said Depository of Medina Independent Sohool Dietriot the
