Bonds, and there. are now three more of said Hedina Soho olhouas Building Bonds being held
by the Chae. So hreiasr Bank sub~eat to delivery 4o the gerr County Permanent School Fund
upop payment of their face-value upon acme teams and oonditioas u the five bonds this .day
purchased by the Coupe from th9 President and Secretary of said School board.
It Sa therefore ordered by the Court that whta said ¢E000,00 shall come into the
hands of Lhe gerr County Depositoryy then said 6epoe story is hereby authorised to pay the
depository of the said, Medina Indepsq~dent School District the Bum of ~1b00.00 out of said
x,000.00 ae face valve payment for said three boade, accrued interest to pet. 10, 1988
payable when first year's inters ei is collected on said boade, se provided for in the
purchase of the other five boade.
These boade are to be paid for only after delivery of same to the Depository of gerr
