recently been k111ed in Rerr County and the Court hoe reason to bellave that there are other
panthers depredating on the livaetook Sn Sett County, it 1e therefore ordered and
by -qhe Court that hereafter Kerr Cour}ty shall pay a bounty oP 25.00 out oP the Ad valorem
Fund for eaoh panther killed in Kerr County, upon the same oonditiona and requirements
as wolf and oat bounties are now being paid by Kerr County. This bounty to remain Sn ePfa
until the further action oY the Court.
