and he has accepted payment ,. the sum of $60.00 for the land for an open third class road,
free Prom obat ruction, aaroas his lanfl, known ae the Reservation Road, Sn Kerr County,
beginning at the Old Spanish Trail Highway about 100 yards west from his dwelling house,
and running about N. E. across hie land about 300 yards, whioh road shall be kept open
without gate or gates, free Prom obatruat ions of any aharaoter, and tits egraement with
Rerr County aignad by ea id Jea. A. Crider shall ba filefl with the Clerk of this Court,
and came is hereby ordered spread oa the minutes of this Court as part of this order of
acceptance, to-wit:

For the conei deration oY Sixty Dollars ($60:00), receipt is hereby aokno wl edge d,
Jim Crider has opened up and fanned the County $oad, known as the Reservation Road of
