Be it remembered that on this, the 14th day of January, 19L9, at a regular term oP
the Commissioners' Court oŁ F.e rr County, Tema, said Kerr County paid unto James A. Crider
and he has accepted payment„ the sum of $60.00 for the land Łor an open third class road,
free Prom obat ruction, aoross his land, known as the Reservation Road, in Kerr County,
beginning at the Old Spanish Trail Highway about 100 yards west Prom his dwelling house,
and running about N. E. aoroae his land about 300 yards, which road shall be kept open
without gate or gates, Pree Prom obatruat ions oP any aharaoter, and his egraement with
Kerr County signed by said Jae. A. Crider skiall ba Pllefl with the Clerk of this Court,
and same is hereby ordered spread on the minutes of this Court as part of this order of
aeoeptanoe, to-wit:
