and he has acoepted payment ,. the sum of $60.00 for the land for an open third olase road,
free Yrom abet ruction, across his land, known as the Reservation Road, in Karr County,
beginning at the Old Spanish Trail Highway about 100 yards west Yrom his dwelling house,
and running about N. E. aorosa hie land about 300 yards, whioh road shall be kept open
without gate or gates, Yree from obstruct lone of any oharaoter, end his agreement with
Kerr County signed by said Jae. A. Crider shall be YSled with the C1erK of this Court,
and same Sa hereby ordered spread on the minutes of this Court ae part oY this order of
