No. 1813. Eetabliehment of a Third Close Road from Leakey Yoad to Y. M. C. A. Camp.
On this 11th day of February, 1929, came on to be heard the petition of the
Y. M. C. A. Camp and 18 others for the establiahmeat of a thirfl class road beginning at
the west line of the Y. M. C. A. tract of land, said beginning point being also the east
line of that certain 2-3/4 sore treat of land owned by dno. H. Leevell, where the preaenL
road crosses a deep hollow or ravine, thence running about Southwest aorose said 2-3/4
sore treat owned by Jno. H. Leevell and aorose that certain 8.1 aora tract ova ed by w. A.
Fawcett and dno. H. Leevell. Thence running about Northwest with line of Dr, p. J. Domin-
guee field fence and line of said 8.1 aora tract owned by Pawoett and Leevell to top of
hill or Hiver Bank. Thence running about Ifest with present road traveled, to the beak
of the South Fork of Rnadalupe HSvsr. 'Pheaoe running about North aorose said South Fork
of Hiver and aorose Mrs. E. A. Mogford~s treat of land along the edge of the hillside to
whsr• same intersects with the Kerrville and Leakey public IIoad; and

filed for the length of time required by law, and proper notices of the filing of same have
also been postea as prescribed by law, and St appearing that Dr. P. J. Dominguee the only
property owner claiming damages has agreed to accept =b0.00 for his part of the 30 foot
right-of-way for said road, it Se thereforo ordered and decreed by the Court that geld
petition be sad is hereby granted ae prayed for with the emeption that said road be 30
