is fines, and it further appearing to the Court that eaifl Justice Turner has received no
oompeneation for the handling of said oases owing to the recent ruling of the higher courts
declaring the law authorizing the oolleation of fees by Justices of Peaoe unconstitutional,
it Ss therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that the sworn aooouat for $242.00 filed
with the Court by said Justioa Turner claiming a fee of $2.75 for eaoh Af ea id 88 oases
