This ]3th Qay of May, 1929, came on to be Yinally considered the applioation of
the Chamber of Commerce oP the City of Kerrville for permission to install and maintain
a public tennis court in the paved parkway on northeast aide of Court House yard, which
applioation upon being put to the vote of the Court wee re~eoted and disallowed with one
flisaenting vote.

On this 17th day of May, 1929, after eaoh member of the Court having first taken
the oath prescribed Dy law, came on to be ezamined by the Court the ta: assesamente made to
and Laken by W. G. Peterson, County Taz Aseesaor for the current year, all of whloh eeaeae-
mente were found satisfactory, and it appearing that a13 of same are complete and none
needed raising or loxering, eaoh and all of said aeseasmente were therefore approved and
accepted by the Court.

On this 17th day of May, 1929, it appearing to the Court that there ie available
the ewe of $16,000.00 in the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County for distribution among its
Sour Commissioners' preoinote, St ie therefore ordered that same be apportioned and dis-
tributed upon the books of the County Clerk among said preoinote ea fo3lowe;
