County, especially near the Gity oY Kerrville should be pratrolled by a motor coy; it ie
therefore adjudged and decreed by the Court that Yor the months oY June, July and August,
1929, R. A. Zigler be and is hereby employed jointly by Kerr County and Lha City of
Kerrville, ea motor cop at a monthly salary oY $125.00, ono halt oY which aDell be paid
by Kerr County out oY the Ad Valorem fund, said salary to bo paid by the County Clerk
in semi-monthly payments on the first and 15th days oY eaoh oY said months. Said Zigler
to divide hie eerviaea equally and eff ioient ly between the County and City, otharwlae
this order may De promptly resoinfled at the option oY the Court should his services
prove unsatisYantory to Kerr County.
