has rendered Kerr County valuable servioea as its attorney in oonnaotion with the controver-
sies betvean the land owners along Highway #41 anfl Kerr County throughout the oonatruotion
of said highway, and that he Ss entitled to oompeaeation therefor, it is therefore ordered
and adJudged that Judge Garrett be and is hereby allowed a fen of 3200.00 for said services,
to be paid by the Clerk out of the Permanent Improvement flxnd of Kerr County.
