vies between the land owners along Highway ;~41 and Kerr Gounty throughout the oonstruotion
of said highway, an3 that he ie entitled to aomyeaeation therefor, it ie therefore ordered
and adjudged that Judge Qaraett be and ie hereby allowed a fee of X200.00 for said services,
to be paid try the Clerk out of the Permanent Improvement hind of Kerr County.
