This 22nd day of July, 1929, came on to be considered the proposition of the
Texas Power ~ Light Company for the installation and operation of an electric white way
lighing ey stem aonsiating of 12 ornamental lights to ba placed as shown by plan and spec ifi
b one submitted, which proposition was passed over to the regular August term of this Court
for investigation .
The foregoing minutes on pages 427 anfl 428 hereof, were read in open Court and
found correct, and same are hereby in all reapeats approved by the Court, this the 22nd day
of July, A. D. 1929.
