X1929, PETITION OF N. H. FURR, ET. AL., for CONCRETE SLABS ACROSS NEbT SIa CROSSINGS
ON NORTH FOAK OF TAE CUADALUPE RIVER.
This 14th day of October, 1929, came on to be oonaiflered by the Court the petition
of N. H. Hurr, et. el., for the erection of eonarete slabs across the 4th to 9th crossings
inalieuve of the North Fork of the Guadalupe River, above the Lown of Runt, also came
on to ba heard the endorsement of said petition by Mr. J. w. Maury, representing the Seagra
intareate, and the proposition of Mr. Mazcy was accepted and said petition granted upon
condition that %err Cavnty pay 2~3rda of the coat of said slabs and 0. R. Seagraves and '
others pay 1~3rd of said coat. Commisioner Moore be and is hereby authorized and directed
by the Court to have R. T. Lang ao^atruct said slabs whenever Mr. Seagraves Ss ready to
proceed. Commissioner Moore to contract for the erection of eaoh slab separately with Mr.
Lang.
