On this, the 10th day of February, 1930, came on to be heard by the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, at a regular term of such court, the petition of thirty-five
freeholders of the hereinafter described subdivision of said Kerr County, Texas, filed
herein on the 13th day oY January, 1930, praying that this court order nn election to be
held in auoh subdivision for the purpose of enabling the freehol dera thereof to determine
whether horses, mules, ~aoka, ~annate and cattle shall be permitted to run at large therein,
and, it appearing to the court that such petition is in due foiw, that no election for auoh
purpose has ever been carried in said aubdiv Salon, that no el cation to determine said ques-
tion has been held therein within twelve months prior to the filing of auoh petition, that
the hereinafter described aubdivieion stands designated ae one within which auoh an election
may be held, to-wit, by order of Chia court on the 22nd day of March, 1930, and that auoh
petition should ba granted, St is accordingly ordered that on the 22nd day of March, 1930,
