freeholders of the hereinafter deaoribed subdivision of said Kerr County, Texas, flied
herein on the 13th day of Jan~.iary, 1930, praying that this court order an election to be

whether horses, mulse, jacks, jennate and onttle shall be permitted to run at large therein,
