On this, the 10th day of Febroery, 1930, oame on to be heard by the Commlaeionera~
Court of Rerr County, Teme, at a regular term of euoh court, the petition of thirty-seven
freeholders of the hereinafter described subdivision of said Kerr County, Tezae, filed
herein on the 13th day of Janvary, 1930, praying that this court order an eleotion to be
held in ouch subdivision for the purpose of enaDling the fraeholflera thereof to determine
whether hogs, sheep and goats shall be permitted to rva at large therein, and, it appearing
to the court that euoh petition ie in due form, that ao eleotion for euoh purpose hen ever
been carried in said aubdlvieion, that no eleotion to determine said question has ieen held
therein within twelve months prior to the filing of auah petition, that the hereinafter
de aoribed eubdivisi on steads designated ae one within xhioh euoh ea eleotion may be held,
to-wit, Dy order of this court on the EEnd day of Parch, 1930, and that sash petition should
be granted, it is aoaordingly ordered that oa the EEad day of Parch, 1880, euoh Qnte being
