conditioned however, that said meohinery moat prove exsotly ae represented to Commissioner
Wiedanfeld upon a thorough trial or demonetratlon thereof. All aheoke aaoompanying the
bide of the uneucaeaeful bidders were returned to said bidders in open oourt anfl proper

yard provided auoh bill or bills are paid by the 10th of eaoh month, the'County Clerk ie -~
therefore authorized and flireated to pay auoh monthly bills out of the Ad valorem fund o£
Kerr County by the 10th day of eaoh month, upon approval of same by Oommissioner Karger,
unless this Court's monthly meeting ba held prior to the 10th of any auoh month and in time
