lowest anfl beet bid for the machinery desired, said Did is hereby accepted by the Court,

Wieflenfeld upon a thorough trial or demonstration thereof. All checks accompanying the
bide of the unsuaoesaful bidders were returned to said bidders in open court and proper
reaeipta taken.
